About The Position

Bluewhite is seeking a passionate, Sales Representative to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming.

Bluewhite is a world leader in autonomous technologies and unmanned systems in agriculture. We develop a full solution for autonomous farm, including software and hardware and cutting edge technologies. This position is based in Fresno, CA

As a bluewhite Sales Rep, you will work with the Director of Partnership to create a robust pipeline through pursuing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective partners. Through these relationships, you will share the bluewhite story and offerings with the goal of building enough interest to get prospective partners to product demonstrations. In addition, you will plan a key role in a busy trade event schedule. 


  •         Calling on prospective growers to schedule meetings in order to share the value of bluewhite and to schedule product demonstrations
  •         Learn and have an in-depth knowledge of the bluewhite systems, value offering, and service platform to best position with interested parties.
  •         Use creative tactics to reach difficult growers while maintaining respect and professionalism
  •         Support Director of Partnership in moving deals through the sales process
  •         Work with Director of Partnership on pipeline strategy and execute based on the plan
  •         Ability to collect relevant information from sales calls and use strategically to help position prospect for close.
  •         Attend all applicable Trade Event Shows and be the point person as these events 


-         Ability to demonstrate sales approach and strategy when targeting challenging to reach targets in the agriculture industry

-         Experience cold calling in the agriculture industry

-         Must have Inside and/or field sales experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be flexible with schedule
